Who Pays My Fees?
Contractors for the United States do not pay their own fees. Under U.S. Law the Employer and Insurance Company will pay your attorney’s fees and costs.
Fees include payments for all time spent working on your case, such as: drafting documents, attending hearings, client communications, appeals, mediations, and communications with the Employer’s counsel. Costs include any travel expenses for your attorney, all applicable filings, copying, and administration costs associated with your claim.
